I truly believe that mind and body are deeply connected, and that in order to improve mental health we need to improve physical health too. And that is why I combine functional medicine with positive psychology coaching in my work with my clients. 

Based on a tiny island in the Southwest of the UK, I work online or via the phone with women near and far.
