There is so much you can do to overcome depression, yet the very first thing is this: believing that you deserve to be well and happy.
Depression and hope: it's not the greatest friendship. So many of these negative thoughts that keep coming uninvited try to convince you that things will never get better for you. That you might as well stop trying because there simply isn't any hope for you. But you know, there IS hope and there are ways to access that feeling again.
